„Be the change you want to see in the world” Mentoring for everyone

During the panel discussion, together with the participants, we will talk about the multi-level benefits of taking part in mentoring for both the mentor and the mentee. This is a unique relationship where two people share their experience, knowledge and look for inspiration for change. Due to my profile, I am a scrum master, but also a practicing stoic I will share my perspective on mentoring and present the tools I use when working with a mentee. The entire panel will be conducted in the Liberating Structures formula.
