Differences in the perception of quality by testers and customers

Working in QA we collide with Quality every day. But are you sure you know what that Quality is?

In this talk, we will discuss the differences in how QA (and even entire project teams) and the customer perceive Quality.

We’ll go through well-known definitions of Quality, look at the differences in Quality from the perspective of a beginner and an experienced person, and take a peek at what matters to the customer – in the project and the product.

During the talk I will present some interesting ways to better understand the customer and meet their needs, so they can confidently say that our work was of high quality.

After all, customer satisfaction is the highest measure of quality, right?
