k6 workshop with AI-Powered code generation

Last year on TestWarez I’ve said that soon effective usage of AI tools will be desired skill listed in testing job offers. This year I’d like to focus on showing it live in action. The attendees will use Cursor IDE (AI-first IDE) as a performance booster during the learning of actual load testing skills. The main focus will be on k6 (https://k6.io) which is one of the leading open-source performance testing tools (along Gatling and Locust).

We will go through the basic use cases which cover 80% of real world needs. Throughout the workshop users will prompt Cursor chat or even generate parts (all of?) the code using IDE. This is probably the first workshop which will show AI-Driven Development in action.
