Design thinking is a great tool for organization to design not only software but also services. Current trends are showing that user perspective, personas, End2End testing find more and more share in our testing lives.
In the talk, I will present the assumptions and tools of design thinking and how I managed to use them in building a testing service and how can be used by testers in their daily work.
