Terms of cooperation with speakers:
You are kindly invited to participate in the 18th edition of TestWarez conference. Join us as a speaker!
TestWarez provides:
- 1500 PLN / 350 EUR – for leading a workshop and does not cover travel costs.
500 PLN / 120 EUR – for delivering at least one lecture/panel discussion and does not cover travel costs. - 3 nights in a single room for a workshop leaders (or a double room if there are two leaders – in the case of more leaders, we do not provide additional rooms).
- 2 nights in a single room for lecture/panel discussion presenters (or a double room if there are two presenters – in the case of more presenters, we do not provide additional rooms).
- A dedicated person to assist speaker as needed.
- Ticket for the conference with banquet entrance.
Additional information:
- Video recording (lectures only) – PTB records and publicizes the recordings on its YouTube channel and social media.
- During the conference, to avoid technical problems, presentations are broadcast on PTB laptops.
- Modification of the room and making any changes can be done only by the guest through direct contact with the hotel or with the event supervisor where the conference is held. Testwarez does not cover any additional costs.
